Smart Solar Shutesbury is a completely volunteer-driven organization, comprised of people who are dedicated to protecting Shutesbury’s essential water resources and irreplaceable forests, while advocating for community-driven renewable energy in our town.

We work in partnership with:
Smart Solar Amherst, a group of Amherst residents that support the development of renewable energy sources, while protecting forests, native habitats, water, and biodiversity.
Coop Power: a consumer-owned sustainable energy cooperative. They operate within a regional network of Community Energy Cooperatives to create a multi-class, multi-racial movement for a sustainable and just energy future.
Smart Solar W MA- As our forested neighbors across the region face similar threats, Smart Solar Western MA will serve as a clearinghouse of information and venue for coordinating actions.
